A private, on-device journal for how people make you feel, meeting by meeting.
Email 132.rishabh@gmail.com and we will reply within two business days.
Please tell us your device model, your iOS or Android version, and what you were doing when the problem happened. Never send us your journal entries — we do not need them, and we would rather not receive them.
On your device only, in a SQLCipher-encrypted database. There is no account, no sign-in, and no server that receives what you write. We cannot read your journal, and we cannot recover it for you.
The encryption key never reaches Heart Knows servers, so nobody — including us — can open your journal from here. While Settings → Backup → Back up with this phone is on, the key may travel inside this phone’s encrypted iCloud or Google backup, and restoring the phone restores the journal. If you turned that switch off, the only copy is an encrypted export you saved yourself.
Settings → Backup → Export encrypted backup writes a copy you can store wherever you like, protected by a passphrase you choose. Settings → Delete all data, at the foot of the Settings list, deletes the journal and its encryption key on this device. It does not cancel a store subscription. RevenueCat and Firebase may keep anonymous install or diagnostic records; email us to request deletion of those. Both export and journal deletion are free and always available.
Logging meetings, check-ins, app lock, and export are always free. The free tier keeps a rolling 15-day retrospective window. An Active journey subscription (monthly or yearly), or a one-time Lifetime keep, unlocks your full timeline, side-by-side comparison, Patterns, and all twelve sound beds (four are free).
Not an App Store or Google Play trial — there is a 7-day preview instead. Once, on this device, the app can open your full history for seven days with no card, no payment, and nothing that converts into a charge. Tap Try the full journey for 7 days on the offer or paywall, or in Settings → Subscription → Free and full. When it ends you go back to the rolling 15-day window; nothing you wrote is deleted.
Tap Restore on the paywall, or Restore a purchase in Settings → Subscription → Free and full. If it still does not unlock, make sure you are signed in to the same App Store or Google Play account you bought it with, then email us.
Subscriptions are billed by the store, not by us. Manage them at Apple subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions. Cancelling does not delete anything: you return to the rolling 15-day window and your journal stays on the device.
Refunds are handled by the store that took the payment. Use reportaproblem.apple.com for App Store purchases, or Google Play’s order history for Play purchases.
Twelve gentle ambient loops play from files inside the app — nothing streams and nothing is downloaded. Four are free; the other eight open with Active journey or Lifetime keep. Mute or change the bed from the speaker button on Home, or in Settings → Sound and haptics. The beds mix with whatever else is playing and stop when you leave the app.
Install the app, sign in to the same App Store or Google Play account you bought with, then tap Restore on any purchase screen or Restore a purchase in Settings → Subscription → Free and full. Restoring a purchase does not bring your journal back — for that, restore the phone from its backup or open your encrypted export.
Face ID or your passcode is optional, off until you turn on Settings → Privacy and lock → Require unlock, and only ever locks the app itself. The microphone and speech recognition are requested only if you choose voice entry to dictate your own notes. Notifications are local reminders only — there is no remote push.
Yes, unless you turn off Settings → Privacy and lock → Share diagnostics. Journal content is never included. See the privacy policy.
