Focus: Summit Together

Terms of Use

Effective date: 19 September 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and the Focus: Summit Together team ("we", "us") covering your use of the Focus: Summit Together app (shown on your home screen as "Focus") and the website at https://rishabhDS.github.io/focussummit-site/ (together, "the app"). By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and where it conflicts with these terms in a way that affects Apple, Apple's terms win. Apple is not a party to these terms and has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app.

1. What the app is

The app is a focus timer. Your focused minutes move you along virtual treks named after real mountains. The mountains, distances and summits are metaphors for focus time, not a fitness product, a navigation aid or a record of real-world activity.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18 you should have a parent or guardian's permission. You are responsible for anyone who uses the app on your device.

3. Your account

The app creates an anonymous account when you first open it. You may link Sign in with Apple or Google to keep your progress across devices. You can export or delete your account at any time from Settings.

4. Summit Pro (subscriptions)

The app is free to use without limits on focusing. Summit Pro is an optional auto-renewable subscription that unlocks additional treks, all nine named trail sounds, unlimited insights history and extra streak freezes. Focusing with one friend is free. Groups of up to five are Summit Pro.

5. Acceptable use

Do not harass or impersonate others, forge focus time or subscription status, interfere with the service, or reverse engineer the app except where the law allows. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Focusing with friends

Shared sessions are created only by exchanging a code or link. You are responsible for who you share codes with. Other participants see your handle and active trek while you focus together. You can report or block any other user from their profile on Camp. Settings › Blocked people lists everyone you have blocked.

7. Your content and our content

You keep ownership of anything you enter. You give us a licence to store and process it to run the service. The app's software, artwork, trek names as arranged in the app, sounds and text are ours or our licensors'.

8. Availability and changes

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". Focusing works offline; sync, friends and subscriptions require a connection.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The app is a productivity tool and is not medical, psychological or educational advice. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Ending these terms

You can stop using the app at any time and delete your account from Settings.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by applicable consumer law in the country where you live. If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies as described above. For questions, contact us at tiny.thinkers.ds@gmail.com.

12. Third-party beneficiary (App Store)

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a US government embargo and are not on any US government list of prohibited parties.

13. Changes to these terms

We will post changes here and update the effective date. Material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect.
